The girls entertained Blarney this afternoon in Gurteenard and gained a hard earned  victory. 
Blarney took advantage of sloppy defending to take the lead early, Kanturk equalised through Katie Hourigan from the penalty spot before Blarney once again took the lead to go in ahead at the break. 
The girls showed tremendous resilience in the second half and moved up a gear with Katie Hourigan scoring twice to complete her second hat-trick in as many games.
A superb solo goal from Mairead McCarthy and a wonderful volley from Brenna Fitzgerald to seal a 5-2 victory. Massive effort from all 14 girls.
