Kanturk unbeaten in the league traveled away to Watergrasshill who are 3 divisions higher than them in a Cup Match.
Kanturk took the lead thanks to a wonderful strike by Paddy Hickey, this lasted only 4 minutes before Watergrasshill equalised. An even first half finished 1-1

Into the second half and Kanturk were holding their own against their higher division opponents.
After Ryan Finn came close to scoring, a shot that the keeper saved then hit a defender and almost trickled over the line, Kanturk failed to clear a ball in their box and it was poked home.
With time almost up an unfortunate own goal gave the scoreline a gloss it didn’t deserve.
Final score 3-1 to Watergrasshill.

Kanturk now roll up their sleeves and prepare to continue their unbeaten start in the league.
